Office Manager

I'm the Office Manager at Jacques Wealth Management, which basically means I get to be the first friendly voice most clients hear when they reach out. I love that part of the job—meeting new people, learning their stories, and helping them through the process of getting their financial lives organized.

I came into this industry wanting to understand how the financial world actually works, and I'm constantly learning something new. What surprises me most is how unique every client is—with different backgrounds, different goals, different concerns—but at the end of the day, everyone wants the same thing: financial security. It just looks different for each person, and I find that fascinating.

I'm a people person through and through. Before joining Jacques Wealth Management, I spent 20 years as a 5th and 6th-grade teacher in the Shrewsbury Public Schools and 12 years before that as a buyer for the TJ Maxx division at TJX Corporation. Whether I was working with kids, vendors, or clients, it's always been about understanding what people need and figuring out how to help them get there.

I grew up on Grafton Hill in Worcester in a triple-decker—so much fun! I was lucky to have a huge circle of neighborhood friends, and I still see many of them today. There's something about growing up in Worcester that sticks with you.

My husband, Ralph, is an electrician at UMass and also the head show electrician for the DCU Centre downtown. If there's been a concert in Worcester, chances are Ralph's been part of it. I'm a member of the Worcester Stagehand Local IBEW96 myself, working as a wardrobe dresser. I especially love working at the Hanover Theatre—getting to work with the cast and being part of bringing a show to life never gets old.

Our son Anthony recently married his wife Callan, and they've blessed us with two beautiful grandchildren: Hudson, who's a year and a half, and Hallie, who's three months old. Our daughter Samantha is engaged to Adam, and they're getting married in June 2026. We couldn't be more excited to officially welcome him to the family.

I'm a church member in Auburn and hoping to start volunteering with elder services soon. After years of working with kids and now getting to work with clients at all stages of life, I've realized how much I value those connections across generations. Everyone has a story worth hearing, and everyone deserves someone who's willing to listen and help.
